Rogue13 (Andrew Risch) is the celebrated founder of ["Polycount"]. R13 studied and worked as an architect, and founded and maintains ["Polycount"] on his spare time. A few years ago he made the transition of real architecture to virtual, and has since helped build the worlds of Planetside and Star Wars Galaxy. He resides in Austin, Texas, and drives a blue demon with a Volkswagen emblem.
Nick Origin
Rogue13 is a reference to the famous Rogue Squadron in the movie Star Wars, of which Luke Skywalker and Wedge Antilles are a part. A squadron only has twelve members, however, and therein lies R13's cleverness!
